WP2 Transformation to deep-tech-focused entrepreneurial min

Lead Partner – UNSA WP Members – METU, UPT, UACS, BMU, UCG

This work package deals with crossing boundaries between entrepreneurial, business, management and technology, including deep-tech-related subjects and their curriculum. The objective of this work package in phase 1 is to analyse the existence of boundaries crossing between entrepreneurial, business, management and technology, including deep-tech, related subjects at project partners HEIs. The first phase includes the development of training material on the design thinking concept and its integration into subjects as well as training of project team members for the purpose of developing conceptual deep-tech startup cases or conceptual deep-tech innovation of operations. The training will finish before the beginning of the semester because of the piloting of the design thinking concept and its integration into subjects. Piloting will begin during phase 1 and continue during phase 2 because the courses where design thinking will be integrated are to be taught in both semesters. 

Students of each project partner HEI will use design thinking concepts to generate a deep-tech business idea, business innovations: value proposition canvas & business model canvas, and to develop a conceptual deep-tech startup case or to develop conceptual deep-tech innovation of operations. 


Tasks: 

T 2.1 Analysis of the potential of boundary spanning between entrepreneurial, business, management and technology, including deep-tech-related subjects at project partners HEIs (May 2023 - June 2023)

T 2.2 Development of training material on design thinking concept and its integration in subjects/curriculum (June 2023 – August 2023)

T 2.3 Training of project team members on design thinking concept and its integration in subjects (September 2023)

T 2.4 Piloting of design thinking concept and its integration in subjects and development of conceptual deep-tech start-up cases or conceptual deep-tech innovation of operations (October 2023 – June 2024).
