• Module 1: Intro. to program and Problem/Solution Fit 

• Module 2: Startup Pitching 

• Module 3: Value Proposition 

• Module 4: Impact and Sustainability 

• Module 5: Market and Competitive Landscape 

• Module 6: Go to Market and Sales 

• Module 7: Team, Key Partners and Resources 

• Module 8: Finance and Investments 

• Startup Pitch Dry-Run (practice session)

• Final Pitch / Demo Day (top 3 finalists will pitch on stage in Budapest, Hungary) 

The startup support program will take place between 7 May 2024 and 5 July 2024 (the exact time and date of each module will be confirmed with the selected participants). 

AWARD:

Participating startups will compete for an award of EUR 10,000 that will be given to the best performing startup(s) in the program. 

DEMO DAY: 

The top performing startups will have the ability to pitch their venture, live in Hungary, to potential investors, strategic partners and other stakeholders. The live event is tentatively scheduled for 4 or 5 July 2024 in Budapest, Hungary.

MENTORSHIP:

Participating startups will be matched with experts that will provide 1 on 1 mentorship on specific topics / pain points of each startup. 

EXERCISES / SELF-EVALUATION: 

Each module / topic will include specific exercises that will allow the participating startups to self-evaluate their progress on the particular topic, and provide them with a framework on how to improve their current state.
